Do I need a model to get a product photo?

No. Product photos are a complete workflow on their own: add your piece, choose the materials, lighting and background, and export. Add a model photo only when you want the piece worn.

What should my photo look like?

A clear phone photo of the piece, in daylight, with the whole piece in frame. It doesn't need a studio. The cleaner the photo, the closer the result.

Which 3D files can I use?

.3dm files that include render meshes, plus .glb, .gltf, .obj and .stl. Export the finished design rather than a working file, and check that the mesh is closed.

How do I place jewelry on a model photo?

Add a model photo, then drag the selection to where the piece should sit and adjust its size and angle. The light and shadows follow the placement.

Can I keep the same look across a collection?

Yes. Save a look once and reuse it, so every piece in a collection shares the same light and setting. You can also start from one of the house styles.

Can you make videos too?

Yes. A finished photo can become a short video for Instagram, TikTok and your shop listings.

Is the AI trained on my photos?

No. Your photos are used only to make your images. They are not used to train any model and they are not shared.

How much does it cost?

Do I keep the rights to my images?
